Furniture Centre orders must be placed separately from office supplies orders, deliveries will also be made separately.

We only accept company cash cheques and credit card payment as C.O.D payment. Cash or postdated cheques will not be accepted.

All furniture items require professional installation. Installation is performed on the same day as delivery.

Free delivery & installation is available for Furniture Centre orders over HK$1,800, a fee will be charged for orders under HK$1,800. (Charge depends on the delivery location.)

Estimated delivery period for general & customized items take about 45 working days, and it is subject to the stock availability of suppliers.

You will be required to sign and apply a company chop to the delivery note when you accept deliveries.

Deliveries & installation will be made from Monday to Fridays 9.00am to 6.00pm (excluding Hong Kong public holidays) to tie in with general office hours.

Price are excluded upstairs charge. A delivery fee $200 per unit per floor shall be applied for deliveries in buildings with no lift service and the delivery fee will be charged when the delivery address is confirmed.

No cancellation can be accepted once the order has been confirmed. Otherwise the customer is required to pay 50% of the total order amount for the handling fee.

Outlying islands are not covered by this delivery service.

In the instance of products damaged upon delivery or with manufacturing defects, bigboXX must be informed by the next working day after receipt of the item. Exchange & replacement will take place on the following working day.
